A report of an interesting case, wherein Mr. Francis Doyle of Carrick-on-Suir, merchant and cloth-manufacturer, was plaintiff, and Sir Thomas Judkin Fitzgerald, high-sheriff of the county of Tipperary, in the year 1798, was defendant
