Music to Drive To is an art monograph documenting more than twenty-five years of painter Willy Bo Richardson’s sustained studio practice. Combining reproductions of paintings with essays by Stephanie Buhmann and Katy Crocker, a conversation with art dealer Max Protetch, and writings by the artist, the book explores abstraction, color, perception, and the creative process through the lens of a lifelong engagement with painting.
