This booklet is a snapshot of Cumberland Island National Seashore in 1977, published by the National Park Service. It has large-format color photos and descriptions of the natural setting on the island, in addition to the historic buildings/ruins. There are no photos of people in this book. A brief summary of human occupation is provided. The booklet is made publicly available on the internet through the NPS Cumberland Island National Seashore website.
