A series of short anedoctes and thoughts on different aspects of life, by the framework of Spiritism, often full of humour. (Spiritism is a lineage of Spiritualism very popular in Brazil, founded by 19th century French educator Hyppolite Rivail (Allan Kardec)). Simonetti tells stories and short meditations intending to make the reader think about his life and his daily actions and what he can do to mend his own behavior. The author thinks depression is essencially a product of misguided thoughts and actions. Simonetti writes in a light and humorous mood, without neglecting the more serious side of Spiritism.
