"Institutional history of the activities undertaken by the Fundación EMUSA (Empresa Minera Unificada Sociedad Anónima) in La Paz between 1974-94 to promote the visual arts. Documents all exhibitions of the Bolivian artists (over 400) and international artists presented by the foundation. Also describes a great variety of complementary activities. Organized by technique and illustrated in color with an introduction about the Bolivian contemporary art scene by Teresa Gisbert de Mesa.
