Sophie has come up with a brilliant plan to stop her best friend, Maddie, from going over to the snobbish Nia's house on a weekend. She knows she has to do something crazy to get Maddie's attention. Sophie, distressed when her long-time best friend Maddie starts hanging out with popular girl Nia, decides to take drastic action to get Maddie's attention and bets Nia she can turn nerdy Squid Rodriguez into a hottie in one month.
