This is a comprehensive, clinically oriented review of all aspects of the complex and multidimensional problem of cancer pain. The unique characteristics of cancer pain, including pathophysiology, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and pharmacological and nonpharmacological management are all discussed here in detail.
