While romance blooms between Petty Officer Mark Jenkins and former LAPD detective Lindsey Fontaine, Troubleshooter receptionist Tracy Shapiro, playing the role of the hostage, disappears. As the weather closes in, it is feared she's become the latest victim of a serial killer.
